The coordinate bar carries latitude/longitude — a place that matters, engraved in horizontal format. The most common failure point on men's pendants is tonal drift between the pendant and the chain. Most pendant sellers plate the pendant in one process, source the chain separately (often pre-plated by a different supplier), and ship them together — and the gold tones never quite match.
